So ist das im Leben...wenn man an früher erinnert wird! Donald und ich kennen uns schon Jahrzehnte, Anders war bekannt, mir nicht persönlich...bis heute! Der hieß damals noch "Pulpanek" mit Nachnamen. Aber blöd...wer kennt ihn nicht!?
Jedenfalls hat Donald zu seinem 40. "Pavel" Jubiläum eins seiner ersten "Teamdecks" wieder in limitierter Kleinstauflage als Reissue herausgebracht. Logo...brauchte ich, Memories!
Warum? Teamkollegen damals für Pavel und von Anders waren unter anderem Martin Wagner und mein sehr guter Freund Marc Lorenz...R.I.P. my friend. Von Donald mal ganz abgesehen...den kenne ich schon von "unter der Brücke"! ich weiß genau was ihr denkt...nö nö nö...Oberkassler Brücke...erster Skate-Spot Ende der 70ger!
Das Teil hat also viel, sehr viel schöne Erinnerungen in sich...unfassbar!
Für Anders und Donald wahrscheinlich noch viel, viel mehr!?

Zu Anders "Pulpanek" Tellen? 1987 Amateur-Weltmeister Vert bei den Münster-Monster-Masterships. Da allerdings bereits im Titus-Team, wie die Meisten. An Donalds Deck´s lag es nicht! Anders ist heute noch aktiv und "still in business" was Skateboarding angeht, auch beruflich!

To celebrate 40 years in the game Skip has released some special decks at Santa Monica Airlines. The new Skipper Multi Planes deck is 8.75" wide, has a 14.75" wheelbase and is on a modern concave. It has front wheel wells and routered channels.

Monty Nolder and Phil Hajal's(I) story started in 1988 when Monty sponsored me when I was just 11 years old. Over 30 years later I still have the utmost respect and thanks for Monty for everything he did for me back then. When I started Ocala Skate Shop I decided to build a vert ramp. I asked Monty and Paul Schmitt if they'd be willing to let me make an Ocala Skate Shop Colab deck to raise funds to widen our vert ramp. Paul and Monty agreed and that idea became a reality. Jaja, so ist das im Leben!
Da macht man eigentlich nur Urlaub mit seiner Frau, wie so oft in Portugal!
Logisch hatte ich vorher meinem "Insta-Buddy" Nuno geschrieben! War schon irgendwie immer meine Intention, mein Wunsch, Nuno mal persönlich zu treffen! Schließlich hatte man sich schon Jahre ausgetauscht! Und bumms...kommt er nach Baleal! Hammer!
Diesen Tag mag ich nie mehr missen! Es war so toll einer "Insta-Freundschaft" leibhaftiges Leben einzuhauchen! Top! Er kam mit seiner Familie und wir, Nuno und Familie und meine Frau und ich haben uns auf Anhieb verstanden! Hatte aber auch eigentlich nix anderes erwartet! Dieser Nachmittag war etwas ganz Außergewöhnliches für mich/uns!
Und dann kommt Nuno auch noch mit dem Skateboard um die Ecke...ein Geschenk für mich!
Hab fast Tränchen verdrückt!
War nicht darauf gefasst, hab das geile Teil allerdings über Porto noch bis München heim gebracht! Und freu mich jeden Tag darüber!

Nun ja, jetzt hab ich mal eine BB-Serie komplett!
Das war so einfach und noch nicht mal teuer!
Diverse Rabatte, alles verfügbar. Und Powell-Peralta hat den Schuß noch immer nicht gehört!
Da geht es scheinbar nur noch um die Kohle! Decks teurer, die am Ende von den Händlern mit Rabatten vertischt werden um die Dinger überhaupt noch vom Hof zu kriegen!
Die Limitierungen beim "Hawk" mal eben verdoppelt!
Und das auch noch wo jedes Deck in China produziert wird! Geht´s noch?

However, this Nor Cal badass is one of those lifelong skateboarders that kept pushing himself on all terrain in front of him and garnered a quite bit of media coverage and attention over the years.His namesake wheel designed, marketed, and sold through NHS, Inc. was highly popular and successful towards the end of 1979. But the skateboarding industry hit an abrupt speed bump at the close of the decade and Rick's short lived pro model with Tunnel Skateboards never got into a production larger than 200 which were produced by his close friend and mechanic Kevin Thatcher. Additionally, Blackie's pig sized pro model never made it into production and the marketplace due to this untimely industry collapse.This keepsake Blackhart OG Stripes skate deck is recreated in exactly the pig sized shape that Rick rode back in 1979. Nachdem ich eigentlich die Schnauze habe voll von den ständigen "Bones Brigade 0-14" Re-Issues hat wohl auch Stacy mal kapiert dass er nachlegen muß. Läuft ja auch!
Aber ehrlich...das Deck erfreut mein Herz!

Powell Neuauflage des 1. Mike Frazier Pro Modells aus den frühen 1990er Jahren. Das erste Mal, dass Powell Peralta dieses Modell neu aufgelegt hat, so dass Sammler und Fahrer es zu schätzen wissen, da es im Gegensatz zu den früheren Neuauflagen aus den 1980er Jahren auch heute noch ein großartiges Pool-/Vert Deck ist. Direktionaler Shape mit tiefer Konkave auf einem klassischen Lozenger Shape aus den frühen 90ern. Es kommt mit den alten "langen" Truck Löchern und ist vorne doppelt gebohrt, damit man die Wheelbase verändern kann. Ein wirklich großartiges, breiteres Deck für Old Skool Ripper, aber auch modern genug für junge Leute, die ein größeres Pooldeck wollen!

Here we have some custom painted Dragster models in orange/ yellow or green yellow with assorted graphic colors, the green there's 4 color combos but the orange there's 8 different combos. Limited to 50 boards, hand numbered and signed by Omar.Young phenom Omar Hassan was killing it in the pro ranks not only in vert but in the street contests and also ripping it up in the real streets. Omar wanted a board that was better suited for shredding the streets as the “Magic Carpet” board was designed more for vert. The street dragster board features a double drilled wheelbase/ nose for more options.
The graphic took the “Chrome Dome” character from his previous “Smoke” graphic and put him hailing ass in a dragster.
